Please present your voucher upon arrival at K&K Training Stables. The location of ranch can be found in the description of the Retreat and is stated on your booking confirmation.

The travel products and services sold through this site are subject to availability and can be withdrawn without notice. Retreat is confirmed when full payment is received.

IMPORTANT

We request that you carefully check the dates on your voucher and to contact us immediately if these are not correct.

CANCELLATION POLICY

* Cancellation more than 3 weeks in advance : 15% administration fee
* Cancellation between 3 weeks and 2 weeks prior to departure date: 50% of the total amount
* Cancellation less than 2 weeks prior to departure date and time or no-show : 100% of the total amount.
